  Every single time I call up there they are super hateful on the phone and very unfriendly. I don't understand the point in making a situation worse than it already is but let's be a hateful b-word to everyone maybe that will make a nice impact on the situation. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

  On Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017, my car lost heat & power about 2 mi. south of Edgar Springs. Officer S. Pezzuti was dispatched to find and assist me. After speaking w/ me, he popped the hood and assessed the problem for me. Since it was only 23 degrees out and the sun was going down, Officer Pezzuti was unwilling to leave me in my car to wait another 90-min. or so for friends to come get me. We discussed 3 possible places offering warmth, safety, & some level of comfort for the duration of the wait. Working with me, he took me to the nearest one. He graciously helped me in and out of the vehicle and also helped transport some of my belongings. When I was in a positive environment, he moved on to his next call.
